- Scope
This policy outlines our procedures throughout the delivery process. At JT Electrical Group NSW, we currently deliver only within Australia.
- Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated using online calculators of our selected courier companies. Factors that determine the cost include but are not limited to:
- Weight and size of the product(s) ordered
- Destination
- Urgency of delivery i.e. standard or express shipping
- Other fees and charges such as fuel levies
Delivery costs are subject to change. Customers are advised to regularly check our website for updated information.
- Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
After payment, please allow 1 business day for your order to be dispatched unless notified prior to payment. Bulk and custom orders may take additional time for assembly and thus will extend order processing times. We do not currently have a cut off time for each day, as we try to process goods as fast as possible for dispatch.
Delivery times after dispatch vary based on the delivery address location and whether the item is dispatched by air or road.

*Non-metro areas and remote areas may require an additional 1-3 days and >7 days respectively.
We will endeavour to meet these time frames however this may not always be possible due to stock levels, courier turn-around times and unexpected events such as natural disasters. In the situation where a delivery may be delayed, JT Electrical Group NSW will contact you promptly via email and provide regular updates on delivery times.
- Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please consider the following delivery terms and conditions prior to placing your order:
- Our courier does not deliver to PO boxes. A business or residential address must be provided.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Items that have been returned to JT Electrical Group NSW as a result of an incorrect address can be re-dispatched to the customer at their expense.
- By selecting ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE’ delivery instructions, customers acknowledge and accept that items will be delivered without requiring a signature. Any items left on the customer’s premises in accordance with these instructions are at the customer’s own risk. JT Electrical Group NSW accepts no liability for loss or damage to items after delivery has been completed pursuant to the customer’s ‘AUTHORITY TO LEAVE’ instructions.
- Dangerous Goods Handling for LiFePO4 Battery Products
All LiFePO4 battery products sold by JT Electrical Group NSW are classified as dangerous goods and are shipped in compliance with UN3480. This may lead to additional clearance checks therefore extending the shipping time frame.
- Delivery Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders once dispatched. If issues arise with tracking please contact us via email so we can follow up the order with our courier.
- Items Damaged Upon Delivery
In the event an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact JT Electrical Group NSW within 24 hours of delivery. Please follow our Returns Policy for more information.

We reserve the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically to stay informed on any delivery information.
